Opinions are like onions, the more layers you peel away the more they can stink and repel. Sometimes they can even make you cry. So every now and again we’re going to take a look and compare some cultural constants in our every day and let everyone in the world know what we think about them. Congratulations America! You got yourself a spiffy new president in the shape of Barack Obama! Although we have like 2 and a half months left of him, we are virtually Bush-less, people! We have replaced one of the worst orators with one of the best. We have a young, hopeful Democratic president with a democratic-majority in the House and Senate, but we lost equal rights as states across the nation banned gay marriage.
Ah, the old Blackberry versus iPhone debate: a classic, ever-changing conundrum among a growing percentage of the 1st-world populace. These days it’s become almost a part of the human mating ritual: whoever has the snazziest mobile equipment gets the digits. One of the most interesting things about computers and technology is how different the proficiencies at using these tools varies from person to person.
We were sitting and talking amongst ourselves at No Good about the state of the union and the upcoming election, and we started seeing scary similarities in the possible outcomes of this November 5th. “Dark Side of the Force” scary.
